Hi, I’m Jackie — the eye, heart, and energy behind Fun Light Photography.

I’ve been living life behind the lens since 2005 (and honestly… long before that). What started as a love for capturing real moments quickly turned into a lifelong passion and career. I took every photography class my high school offered, continued studying at my local community college, and later earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Photography in 2016. Learning the craft has always mattered to me — because your memories deserve more than snapshots. They deserve art.

Over the years, my work has been featured in publications including Hot Rod Magazine, Brides, and more, and has earned Best in Show, First Place, Best in Division, and even Overall Winner honors in local, state, and international photography competitions. But the real reward? The people I meet and the stories I get to preserve.

I’ve photographed and specialized in nearly every genre of photography throughout my career — from weddings and families to automotive, creative portraiture, and everything in between. Each one has shaped my style and storytelling. But my absolute favorite? Boudoir. There is nothing more powerful than helping women see themselves in a new light — confident, strong, beautiful, and unapologetically themselves. Creating that kind of experience and empowerment is one of the greatest honors of my work.

I’m based in California, about an hour from Yosemite National Park, and constantly inspired by the epic landscapes right in my backyard — but I’ll happily travel anywhere in the world to create beautiful, meaningful images for my clients.

At Fun Light Photography, I believe the best photos happen when you’re relaxed, laughing, and being fully yourself. My style is bright, natural, and full of life — the kind of images that make you feel the moment all over again.

When I’m not photographing amazing humans, you’ll probably find me outside hiking, swimming, or getting into something creative and artistic. I draw inspiration from nature, movement, light, and the beautifully imperfect way real life unfolds — and that inspiration shows up in every session.

Whether we’re capturing a milestone, a love story, a confidence-boosting boudoir session, or just a slice of your everyday magic, my goal is simple:
